HUBER+SUHNER Electronics Pvt. Ltd. started their operating activities in the Indian city of Gurgaon on 3 January 2005. Their goal is to establish their own distribution structure and to offer Indian customers technical consulting and support in addition to supply management solutions. HUBER+SUHNER Electronics Pvt. Ltd. are one hundred percent owned by the Swiss HUBER+SUHNER Group.

India is one of the world's fastest-growing economies. It has large pent-up demand the field of infrastructure, including telecommunications or – for example – railway rolling stock. To provide quick and competent support to HUBER+SUHNER customers in this phase, HUBER+SUHNER are further extending their presence in this key market by setting up their own subsidiary in Gurgaon/New Delhi. The new organisation will focus their efforts on the sale of HUBER+SUHNER products for the Communication, Transport and Industrial markets. They will market coaxial and fiber optic cables and connectors, copper cables and cable systems, antennas and lighting protection components. Services include technical support to customers such as Ericsson, Motorola, Alcatel, Bombardier, Siemens, etc.

Communications: We support the business of mobile and telephone operators, equipment manufactures and system integrators with high quality products including feeder and coaxial cables, connectors and cable assemblies, fibre-optic cables, fiber management systems, assemblies and accessories, antennas and lightning protection components.

Industrial: We focus on the business of machine and equipment, test and measurement equipment manufacturers and users as well as for defense and aerospace applications. We supply high quality coaxial cables and connectors, RF resistive components, test leads, fiber optic components and assemblies as well as high performance copper wires and cables.

Transportation: We supply high performance RADOX® railway cables for power, control, data and communication as well as jumper cable assemblies, pre-assembled subsystems and antennas for the global rolling stock market. For the automotive industry we supply high temperature electrical wires for drive chain, sensor and battery connections as well as coaxial and Automotive Radio Connectors (ARC) for infotainment and navigation systems.

With their own subsidiaries, HUBER+SUHNER are present in a total of 15 countries. They currently operate over 10 production and assembly facilities and branch offices in more than 60 countries across the world, proactively developing their market position close to their markets. Besides setting up new subsidiaries and extending capacities in important growth markets, the Group are also devoting their attention to the continuous further development of their network of representatives.
