The general conditions of sales and supply are applicable to all deliveries, services, quotations and offers of HUBER+SUHNER ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. These conditions shall prevail over all conditions of customers' orders to which H+S has not given express written approval or to the extent of any inconsistency.
