XI. Privacy Compliance

Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the following instrument: Swiss Law of June 19, 1992 on Data Protection (DPL) and Swiss Ordinance of June 14, 1993 on the Swiss Law on Data Protection (ODPL).

In order to demonstrate that our Privacy Policy accords with the above privacy and data safety instruments, we are voluntarily committed to an external IT-security and data protection audit. Furthermore, we are subject to supervision by the Swiss Data Protection Commissioner.

XII. Enforcement of this Privacy Policy

If you have questions or comments regarding this Privacy Policy, you should contact HUBER+SUHNER. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry, or if your inquiry is not satisfactorily addressed, you should then contact the Swiss Data Protection Commissioner at www.edsb.ch to resolve your concerns.
