HUBER+SUHNER offers some standard cable systems which can be specifically modified for industry and installation applications. But mostly, systems are designed and produced according to the customer's specifications. We offer

Tunnel Lighting System

Completely assembled system available on large spools (up to 360 m) with non-interrupted main supply cable. Up to 4 lamps can be connected per junction box. Connectors can be configured according to customer's needs. Designs in FE0, FE180 or E30 and as customized system possible. New designs are available within a few weeks.

The system is very easy to handle and to install which reduces drastically the installation time.

Airfield Lighting

Fully assembled TPU airfield cable with overmoulded connector and socket. Available in different lengths and with field assembly kit for the connectors.

Fire Brigade Safety Cable

A specially developed cable for the communication between firemen and the commanding officer. It grants permanent and safe communication and features duplex communication. The cable is fire and chemically resistant and features a strain relief.

The mounting link is produced by using our own overmoulding technology which includes the design and manufacture of the injection moulding tools.

The "Fire Cable" is also available with fiber optic cables for the transmission of video signals.
